As you identify one or more units that you are interested in, you may have the opportunity to submit an inquiry form or lease application for each such unit. These forms require you to provide certain information to enable us to contact you or review your eligibility for leasing on of our properties, which information may include but is not limited to, first and last name, email address, telephone number, driver’s license, or identification number, Social Security Number, income, employer, current and former address(es), birthday, and credit/debit card or other financial account information.
Our Website may offer certain services to current residents, including online rent payment and a method by which to submit and review the status of maintenance requests. These services may require you to submit certain information, including, without limitation, first and last name, unit address or other property identifiers, credit/ debit card or other financial account information, telephone number, and email address.
To obtain access to certain services, such as any rent payment portal, you may be given an opportunity to register with this Website. As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as first and last name, email address, and telephone number, as well as a username and password.
In addition to the information you provide to us, we may collect certain information automatically as you browse or use our Website.
We collect information about how you use our Website, which may include things like your property search history, units you view, what you’ve clicked on, and other uses of our Website.
